UNIVERSAL TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Overview & Important Disclaimer

This Universal Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Emirates Visa Service for Accounting Bookkeeping (License No.1539874) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the user (“you”, “your”, “User”, or “customer”), and is effective as of the date you use this website (“Site”) or electronically accept this Agreement.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Emirates Visa Service for Accounting Bookkeeping is an independent visa support and travel documentation assistance company. We are NOT affiliated with the UAE Government, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP), or any other official immigration authority. Our professional service fees are charged for our consultation, application preparation, and administrative support, and these fees are strictly separate from and in addition to any official government visa or processing charges.

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and are bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must cease using the Site and Services immediately.

2. Eligibility & Authority

To utilize this Site or our Services, you must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts. By using our Services, you affirmatively declare that you are:

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age;
  • Legally permitted to enter into contracts according to applicable laws; and
  • Not barred from using the Services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

If you are accepting this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

3. Description of Services & Visa Processing

  • Administrative Assistance: We provide administrative and consultation services to assist users in preparing and submitting UAE visa applications.
  • No Guarantee of Approval: The final decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the UAE Government, GDRFA, or ICP. We do not and cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application.
  • Information Accuracy: You are strictly responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information and documentation required for your application. We are not liable for any delays, rejections, or legal issues arising from false or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

A. Clear Pricing & Government Fees You acknowledge that the total amount paid to us consists of two separate parts:

  1. Government Fees: The mandatory official fees charged by the UAE immigration authorities.
  2. Our Service/Agency Fee: Our independent charge for application preparation, processing, and support.

B. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via approved Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid.
  • Transactions may be subject to VAT, GST, or other applicable local taxes.

C. Refund Policy

  • Service Fees: Our service fees are non-refundable once the application processing and consultation have commenced.
  • Government Fees: Government fees are strictly non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective official immigration portals, regardless of whether the visa is approved, rejected, or delayed by the UAE authorities.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site and Services in accordance with all applicable laws. You must not use the Site or Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Submitting fraudulent or forged documents.
  • Criminal activity or terrorism.
  • Spam, hacking, or distribution of malware.
  • Misleading statements about our company, its affiliation, or its Services.
  • Reverse-engineering or copying any part of the Site or Services.

6. Site Availability & Data Transfer

  • Site Uptime: We strive to keep this Site available 24/7. However, the Site and Services may occasionally be down for maintenance or technical problems. We will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such downtime.
  • Data Transfer: By using the Site, you consent to the collection, processing, and cross-border transfer of your data as required to process your applications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Emirates Visa Service for Accounting Bookkeeping, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

  • The approval, rejection, or delay of any visa application by the government.
  • The Site’s accuracy or completeness.
  • Any interruptions in service or data breaches.
  • Any loss of travel expenses (flights, hotels) due to visa delays or rejections.

In no event shall our aggregate financial liability exceed the service fees paid by the customer to our company for the specific service in question.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emirates Visa Service for Accounting Bookkeeping, its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your submission of false documents, or your breach of this Agreement.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to official government portals or other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external sites.

10. Modifications to the Agreement

We retain the right to modify this Agreement at any time to ensure compliance with changing laws and Google advertising policies. Any updates will take effect immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law & Compliance

Users are responsible for their compliance with local laws. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
