TERMS OF SERVICE AND REFUND POLICY

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website and services. By accessing our Site or utilizing our independent visa support services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
Throughout this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
Company: Emirates Visa Service for Accounting Bookkeeping, registered in the UAE under Commercial License No. 1539874.
Website: Emirates Visa Service For Accounting Bookkeeping and all associated digital interfaces.
Services: Private administrative assistance, document verification, application formatting, and consultancy support for UAE e-Visa applications.
User (“you”, “your”): Any individual or legal entity accessing the Website or purchasing Services from the Company.
2. Legal Status & Official Government Disclaimer
CRITICAL NOTICE: Emirates Visa Service for Accounting Bookkeeping is a private, independent corporate services and documentation assistance company. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or associated with the UAE Government, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP), or any official UAE embassy.
The services we offer are administrative in nature. Official UAE visas can be obtained directly by consumers through official government channels (such as smartservices.icp.gov.ae or gdrfad.gov.ae) without paying an agency service fee. Our fees are strictly for the premium convenience, document pre-vetting, and management system we provide.
3. Fees and Payment Structure
Transparent Pricing: All service charges are clearly displayed to the User before the checkout process.
Fee Breakdown: The total price paid on our platform comprises the mandatory Official Government Visa Fees and our Private Agency Service Fee (which covers administrative support, document validation, and customer tracking).
Payment Processor: All online payments are handled securely through Stripe. The Company does not collect, access, or store your payment card credentials directly on its servers. All transactions follow PCI-DSS encryption standards.
Currency: Payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD) or United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). Currency conversion rates applied by your issuing bank may vary if your local currency differs.
4. Visa Processing & Processing Timelines
Automated System: Our documentation formatting and tracking system operates 24/7, enabling prompt processing after document submission.
Timeline Variance: Standard internal review takes approximately 36 hours. However, once the application is submitted to the UAE Immigration Department, the final processing time is entirely at the discretion of the government authorities.
No Guarantee: The Company does not issue visas and cannot guarantee visa approval. The final decision rests solely and exclusively with the official UAE immigration authorities.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All payments made to the Company are subject to the strict conditions outlined below:
5.1 Refundable Conditions
A refund will only be initiated under the following limited circumstances:
Duplicate Charges: If a technical glitch causes a duplicate transaction for the same application, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full within 24 hours of verification.
Pre-Submission Cancellation: If a User requests a cancellation within 24 hours of payment AND before the application has been processed or submitted to the UAE immigration portals, a full refund of both the service fee and government fee will be processed.
Documented Company Error: If a verified operational error made by the Company prevents the proper submission of your visa application, a full refund will be granted following an internal investigation.
5.2 Non-Refundable Conditions
No refunds will be granted under any circumstances in the following scenarios:
Visa Rejection: If the UAE Immigration Department rejects or denies your visa application, both government fees and our service fees are strictly non-refundable. Our service fee covers the work performed in validating and submitting your files.
Government Delays: Delays caused by official immigration reviews, background security checks, public holidays, or government system downtime are out of our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Inaccurate Information: If your application is delayed or rejected due to incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent documents provided by you, fees will be forfeited.
Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted for personal changes in travel plans, change of mind, or personal circumstances once processing has started.
5.3 Security Deposits
For specific nationalities, UAE immigration requires a security deposit. These deposits are governed directly by immigration authorities, not the Company. They are held by the government and are only refundable upon the visa’s expiration, exit confirmation, or status conversion, subject to government administrative deductions.
6. User Obligations & Document Authenticity
By using our platform, you warrant that:
All information, passport copies, and photograph credentials provided are 100% authentic, accurate, and valid.
You will not use our platform to submit fraudulent applications or violate UAE immigration laws.
Warning: If false or altered documentation is identified, the Company reserves the immediate right to cancel the service, retain all paid fees as an administrative penalty, and report the event to regulatory bodies if required.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emirates Visa Service for Accounting Bookkeeping, its officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to cancelled flights, missed hotel bookings, or business disruptions arising from visa rejections, processing delays by government portals, or temporary website maintenance downtime. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the exact service fee paid by the customer for that specific application.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any formal legal disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the UAE.
