Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance

Emirates Visa Service for Accounting Bookkeeping (License No.1539874) is committed to providing a secure, transparent, and legally compliant digital environment. In alignment with the European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA) and international advertising transparency standards, we have established the following framework to ensure accountability and user safety on our platform.

1. Important Transparency Disclaimer

To comply with digital transparency regulations and search engine advertising policies: Emirates Visa Service for Accounting Bookkeeping is an independent, private administrative support company. We are NOT affiliated with the UAE Government, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP), or any other official government body. Our platform provides private consultation and assistance for visa applications.

2. Designated Point of Contact

In compliance with Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA, we have established a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to facilitate direct and rapid communication with:

  • Member State Authorities within the EU

  • The European Commission

  • The European Board for Digital Services

  • Users of our platform and Services

Language of Communication: All official communications, legal notices, and user reports must be submitted in English. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate inquiries in other languages, English remains the default and legally binding language for all regulatory correspondence.

3. Reporting Illegal or Misleading Content

Under the DSA, users, trusted flaggers, and governmental authorities have the right to notify us of any content on our website that they believe is illegal, outdated, harmful, or constitutes misrepresentation (e.g., inaccurate visa processing claims).

To report content, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Contact Us page on our website.

  2. Select “Flag Unsuitable/Illegal Content” or “Report Misrepresentation” from the inquiry categories.

  3. Provide the following details:

    • The exact URL where the content is located.

    • A clear explanation of why the content is considered illegal, misleading, or harmful.

    • Supporting evidence (screenshots, links to official sources) to substantiate your claim.

Anonymity & Follow-up: Reports can be submitted anonymously. However, if you provide a valid email address, we will acknowledge the receipt of your report and notify you of the outcome and any actions taken, unless prohibited by law. Please note that incomplete, vague, or unsubstantiated reports may not be processed.

4. Transparency & Content Moderation

We are dedicated to responsible content moderation and maintaining the integrity of the information provided regarding UAE visa services. In accordance with our DSA obligations, Emirates Visa Service for Accounting Bookkeeping will publish an annual Transparency Report.

This report will detail:

  • The total number and types of content moderated, restricted, or removed from our platform.

  • The specific grounds and reasons for such content removals.

  • The volume of content removal requests received from public authorities and general users.

  • The precise actions taken in response to these notices and any internal dispute resolutions.
